SIZE & FIT

To ensure the perfect fit:

Men: We recommend ordering your usual sneaker size.
Women: Consider ordering a half size down from your usual sneaker size.
(Example: If you usually wear US 8 in sneakers, we suggest ordering US 7,5)
Narrow feet: If you have narrow feet, we suggest sizing down by half a size for the best fit.

Heel Height: 3.7 cm, giving you the perfect height without sacrificing comfort.

As Josepht products are shipped from South Korea currently, please be aware that it will take at least 6-12 working days depending on where it is shipping to.

For US & Canada Customers:

We offer free shipping and a one-time free-size exchange for orders over $100 within the contiguous US and Canada.

Free exchange is effective for purchases made on or after October 23, 2024

If the size is not right, you can exchange your unworn items for free within 20 days of receipt.
Remorse Returns: For a simple remorse return, there is a USD 45 return fee.

For International Customers (Rest of the World):

A shipping fee applies to international orders.
Exchanges: Customers are responsible for both the return shipping and the shipping fee for the new pair.
Remorse Returns: For a simple remorse return (non-size-related), a return fee will apply.

To be accepted for an exchange or return, please ensure that:

Your shoes are undamaged and unworn, in resellable condition (i.e., no creases or wear on the soles), and in their original packaging.
Your return request is submitted within 20 days of receiving your original order.
