Engineered with both an Ortholite® footbed for plenty of luxurious cushioning to get you through long hours at the office. Finished with a sturdy Vibram® outsole for a surefooted grip.

Ralph is made of cowhide leather sourced from a Gold-Rated tannery based in Italy. Leather manufacturer follows the strictest criteria and demonstrates a strong commitment to mitigating their environmental impact.

OrthoLite^® foam’s open-cell PU technology is 95% to 100% breathable, allowing air to circulate in and around the foam, keeping the surrounding environment cooler.

Vibram’s® unique compounds blend rubber and other materials (like EVA) to provide the right combination of grip and longevity

SIZE & FIT

If you have wide feet, we recommend ordering a half size down from your sneaker size. Otherwise, please order a full size down from your sneaker size.

For example, if you normally wear a US 8 with normal feet, we recommend a US 7 size. The total heel height is 3.5cm.

As Josepht products are shipped from South Korea currently, Please be aware that it will take at least 6-12 working days depending on where it is shipping to.

We offer free shipping and a one-time free-size exchange for orders over $100 within the contiguous US and Canada.
If the size isn’t right, you can exchange your unworn items for free within 20 days of receipt.
Remorse Returns: For a simple remorse return (non-size-related), there is a USD 45 return fee.

For International Customers (Rest of the World):

A shipping fee applies to international orders.
Exchanges: Customers are responsible for both the return shipping and the shipping fee for the new pair.

To be accepted for an exchange or return, please ensure that:

Your shoes are undamaged and unworn, in re-sellable condition (i.e., no creases or wear on the soles), and in their original packaging.
Your return request is submitted within 20 days of receiving your original order.
