DESCRIPTION
The Jutta model uses Shell Cordovan from Rocado, a leading Italian cordovan tannery. It is constructed with the Goodyear welt method, offering strong and durable quality. With consistent care, you can experience long-term wear and natural aging over time. The waxed laces and the light-colored lining create a more casual silhouette.
Please note that this model is not eligible for exchange or return, as the delicate nature of Shell Cordovan leather may result in creases or surface marks even with minimal handling.

Most of our products ship directly from South Korea. Delivery usually takes around 2 weeks, including handling and international shipping.
Order status explained:
- Unfulfilled: Your order may be waiting for restock or is being prepared (usually within 2–4 days).
- Fulfilled: Your order has shipped from Korea. Tracking may show “label created” at first, but it’s already on the way. Once the local courier receives it, tracking updates will begin.
Pre-orders: We restock every 1–2 months, not once a year. Feel free to check with our team for the estimated shipping date.
Premium items exchange / return requirements:
Jutta Burgundy is made with premium leather (Shell Cordovan Horsehide) and Goodyear welt construction, so returns and exchanges are accepted only for items in unworn, sellable condition. Refunds and exchanges depend on the condition of the shoes on arrival.
- Try the shoes on indoors on a soft surface only (carpet, rug). Please do not walk on hard floors or outdoors.
- Shoes must be free of creases, scuffs, and sole marks.
- Shoes must be returned complete, in the original box and packaging, with all included items.
- Please take photos and a short video of your shoes when they arrive, and before sending them back, so we can resolve any issue quickly and fairly. Return requests without photos or video may be delayed or declined.
Please contact us before shipping anything back so we can arrange your return or exchange.
Prices exclude VAT. Estimated VAT (20%): £51.80, paid to the carrier on delivery.
Import duty and a small carrier handling fee may also apply.
