Each pair features an additional 1cm inner heel designed to subtly increase height while maintaining a natural silhouette. The sneakers are crafted from stiff, durable cowhide leather, giving them a sharp, structured appearance that withstands daily wear. The natural leather inner lining adds durability and enhances overall comfort, making them ideal for long days at work or on the move.

Sustainably Crafted

The cowhide leather used in the SMITH Series is sourced from a Gold-Rated tannery in Italy, recognized for its commitment to reducing environmental impact through responsible production practices. This not only ensures premium material quality but also aligns with more sustainable fashion values.

Breathable & Supportive

The integrated OrthoLite® insole provides luxurious cushioning that adapts to your foot, delivering long-lasting support. Built with open-cell PU technology, OrthoLite® foam allows for 95% to 100% air circulation, helping to keep your feet cool and comfortable throughout the day.

Grip & Longevity

While the outsole material isn’t specified, the SMITH Series is designed for everyday versatility and longevity, with a construction that supports extended wear across both casual and office settings.

SIZE & FIT

To ensure the perfect fit:

• Men: We recommend ordering your usual sneaker size.

• Women: Consider ordering a half size down from your usual sneaker size.
  (Example: If you usually wear US 8 in sneakers, we suggest ordering US 7,5)

• Narrow feet: If you have narrow feet, we suggest sizing down by half a size for the best fit.

Heel Height: 3.7 cm, giving you the perfect height without sacrificing comfort.

FREE SHIPPING (US & CANADA)

Most of our products ship directly from South Korea. Delivery usually takes around 2 weeks, including handling and international shipping.

Order status explained:

• Unfulfilled: Your order may be waiting for restock or is being prepared (usually within 2–4 days).
• Fulfilled: Your order has shipped from Korea. Tracking may show “label created” at first, but it’s already on the way. Once the local courier receives it, tracking updates will begin.

Pre-orders: We restock every 1–2 months, not once a year. Feel free to check with our team for the estimated shipping date.

For US & Canada Customers (Effective from 23th Oct 2024) :

• We offer free shipping and a one-time free-size exchange for orders over $100 within the contiguous US and Canada.
• If the size isn’t right, you can exchange your unworn items for free within 20 days of receipt.
• Remorse Returns: For a simple remorse return, there is a USD 45 return fee.

Please note: If a US customer uses the one-time free exchange and later decides to return the exchanged pair, they will be charged both the original return fee and an additional shipping fee for the return

For International Customers (Rest of the World):

• A shipping fee applies to international orders.
• Exchanges: Customers are responsible for both the return shipping and the shipping fee for the new pair.
• Remorse Returns: For a simple remorse return, a return fee will apply.

Please note: For EU customers, VAT and additional import fees may apply, as required by local authorities

To be accepted for an exchange or return, please ensure that:

• Your shoes are undamaged and unworn, in resellable condition (i.e., no creases or wear on the soles), and in their original packaging.
• Your return request is submitted within 20 days of receiving your original order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
