SHIPPING & RETURN 

We offer free shipping within the U.S. and Canada for orders over $100. 
If the size isn’t right, we can process an exchange. You can exchange your unworn items for $35  (cost will vary) in the contiguous US within 28-days of receipt. so long as:

Your shoes are undamaged, unworn in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or wear on soles), and in their original packaging.
Your return request is submitted within 28 days of receiving your original order.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Please note there will be a shipping cost charge for a simple remorse return.

*International return and exchange are possible with an additional shipping cost

Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns placed online at any of our store locations, and in-store purchases cannot be returned via our online portal.

Timing

Once our warehouse has received your return, please allow 2 weeks for a refund or store credit to be issued. If it has been longer than two weeks, please reach out to us. We appreciate your patience!

Order Changes & Cancellations

Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your boots arrive as soon as possible. Because of this, any changes to your order (including address changes, product changes, or cancellations) must be requested as soon as possible after your order has been placed. We'll do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee any changes will be able to be made after your order has been placed. Depending on the amount of time after the order has been placed, order changes may be subject to a fee of $25.00

Defective/Flawed Products

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any material or craftsmanship flaw, please contact us so that our customer support team can assist. Unauthorized third-party purchases are not covered by Josepht Shoe Artisan.
