I normally wear a 9 US but since Josepht loafers run large I ordered an 8 US and it fits snugly. That said if you walk a lot or your feet tend to swell by evening I'd go half a size up.

Comfortable and versatile. The instep runs a touch high and there's some heel slip but the heel pad included with the shoes helps a lot. I'll wear them a bit more before deciding whether to add a tongue pad too.

Josepht is genuinely comfortable — no question. The shape is just right and the subtle gloss gives them a premium feel. I sized down half from my casual shoes and there's a slight amount of extra room with minimal heel slip.

My long-awaited shoes finally arrived! Full disclosure: I have slightly different-sized feet. The left foot fits like a glove. The right is a touch roomy — but that's what the included heel pad is for^^ I'd suggest sizing down half for the best fit but try it yourself. The shoes are excellent — the Vibram outsole alone tells you that. Josepht is an outstanding handcrafted shoe brand. Give them a try. You won't regret it.

The toe box fit was good but the heal was very ill fitted. I don’t know how anyone could walk in them without configuring some kind of insert. They also took over two weeks to be delivered and the box came ripped and beat up.

For wide feet, these shoes are pretty narrow at first, but after a couple of wear, the fit is perfect ! The ortholite insole gives an incredible cushion, and the shoes are perfect for casual a dressed situations.

Tried many brands looking for a loafer that fit well and looked right but nothing clicked until these. The packaging was impressive and the included heel protection band was a nice touch — real attention to detail. The soft leather is excellent with no heel slip. My one minor note: the silhouette runs compact which can make your feet look slightly smaller. But overall a great shoe.

Definitely size down at least half a size ( can use insoles) if not full. It will take a few wears to break in but they look really nice and are comfortable to walk around in without creasing.

The shoes were for my grandson’s 21st birthday. We ordered, as suggested, half a size down from his usual size. The shoes, while beautiful, were still a bit big so we sent them back to exchange for another half size down. We haven’t received them yet but hopefully they will be the right fit now.

I've been happily wearing the Ralph Brown for a couple years and kept telling myself to get the Black — finally did it haha. Just as good as the Brown. The leather feels both firm and supple at once, and it works equally well for casual and formal occasions. A great loafer!

This is a review after a month of using the ralph model size 7 atleast twice a week.
The sizing worked OK for me. I have bit wider feet than normal and they fit quite snug. The shoes are hard as rock at first but have already molded quite well on to my feet. My right foot is bit bigger so it still tries to find more room due to the leather still being a bit hard. Blister bandages come handy but thats with every leather shoe at first..
Leather seems to be of fairly good quality. I’ve applied wax once at the start to them and these endured rain twice already without any noticable markings. No ugly creasings like on many brands that use patent leather. There was a slight smell of like rubber or plastic at first but it went away quite fast.
Overall im very pleased with the shoes. They’re stylish and go really with anything… Only time will tell how they’ll hold up but so far so good! Pretty sure I’ll buy the side zip boots next time if these bad boys mold even better on to my feet.
