FREE SHIPPING (US & CANADA)
Most of our products ship directly from South Korea. Delivery usually takes around 2 weeks, including handling and international shipping.
Order status explained:
- Unfulfilled: Your order may be waiting for restock or is being prepared (usually within 2–4 days).
- Fulfilled: Your order has shipped from Korea. Tracking may show "label created" at first, but it's already on the way. Once the local courier receives it, tracking updates will begin.
Pre-orders: We restock every 1–2 months, not once a year. Feel free to check with our team for the estimated shipping date.
For US & Canada Customers (Effective from 23th Oct 2024):
- We offer free shipping for orders over $100 within the contiguous US, Canada, and Australia.
- Remorse Returns: For a simple remorse return, there is a USD 45 return fee.
Please note: If a US customer uses the one-time free exchange and later decides to return the exchanged pair, they will be charged both the original return fee and an additional shipping fee for the return.
For International Customers (Rest of the World):
- A shipping fee applies to international orders.
