The HELEN BLACK is crafted from full grain cowhide leather for both the upper and lining.
Full grain leather retains the natural character of the hide, offering excellent durability while developing natural creasing and character with wear.
Over time, the leather gradually softens and adapts to the shape of your feet, making each pair increasingly personal.
LEATHER OUTSOLE
The HELEN BLACK is finished with leather outsole, providing a refined appearance that complements the premium full grain leather upper.
The leather outsole contributes to the boot's lightweight and flexible feel while developing natural character with wear.
THE TABI SILHOUETTE
The defining feature of the HELEN BLACK is its split-toe Tabi design, which separates the big toe from the remaining toes.

COMFORT & BREAK-IN
The low 1.5 cm heel provides a relatively flat and easy-to-wear profile.
As with genuine leather footwear, the boots may feel slightly firm at first. With regular wear, the full grain leather will naturally soften and conform to your feet.

To ensure the perfect fit:
We recommend orderingahalf size downfrom your usual sneaker size. (Example: If you usually wear US 8 in sneakers, we suggest ordering US 7,5).
If you are between sizes or unsure about your size, please contact our customer service team with your regular sneakers size. We’ll be happy to help recommend the most suitable size.

Most of our products ship directly from South Korea. Delivery usually takes around 2 weeks, including handling and international shipping.
Order status explained:
Unfulfilled: Your order may be waiting for restock or is being prepared (usually within 2–4 days).
Fulfilled: Your order has shipped from Korea. Tracking may show “label created” at first, but it’s already on the way. Once the local courier receives it, tracking updates will begin.
Pre-orders: We restock every 1–2 months, not once a year. Feel free to check with our team for the estimated shipping date.
For US, Canada, Australia Customers (Effective from July 2026)
We offer free shipping and a one-time free-size exchange for orders over $100 within the contiguous US and Canada.
If the size isn’t right, you can exchange your unworn items for free within 20 days of receipt.
Remorse Returns: For a simple remorse return, there is a USD 45 return fee.
Please note: If a US customer uses the one-time free exchange and later decides to return the exchanged pair, they will be charged both the original return fee and an additional shipping fee for the return.
For International Customers (Rest of the World)
A shipping fee applies to international orders.
Exchanges: Customers are responsible for both the return shipping and the shipping fee for the new pair.
Remorse Returns: For a simple remorse return, a return fee will apply.
Please note: For EU customers, VAT and additional import fees may apply, as required by local authorities.
To be accepted for an exchange or return, please ensure that:
Your shoes are undamaged and unworn, in resellable condition (i.e., no creases or wear on the soles), and in their original packaging.
Your return request is submitted within 20 days of receiving your original order.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
