Order status explained:
- Unfulfilled:Ā Your order may be waiting for restock or is being prepared (usually within 2ā4 days).
- Fulfilled:Ā Your order has shipped from Korea. Tracking may show ālabel createdā at first, but itās already on the way. Once the local courier receives it, tracking updates will begin.
Pre-orders:Ā We restock every 1ā2 months, not once a year. Feel free to check with our team for the estimated shipping date.
For US & Canada Customers (Effective from 23th Oct 2024) :
- We offerĀ free shippingĀ and aĀ one-time free-size exchangeĀ for orders overĀ $100Ā within the contiguous US and Canada.
- If the size isnāt right, you can exchange yourĀ unworn itemsĀ for free withinĀ 20 days of receipt.
- Remorse Returns:Ā For a simple remorse return, there is aĀ USD 45 return fee.
Please note: If a US customer uses the one-time free exchange and later decides to return the exchanged pair, they will be charged both the original return fee and an additional shipping fee for the return
For International Customers (Rest of the World):

To be accepted for an exchange or return, please ensure that:
- Your shoes areĀ undamagedĀ andĀ unworn, inĀ resellable conditionĀ (i.e., no creases or wear on the soles), and in theirĀ original packaging.
- Your return request isĀ submitted within 20 daysĀ of receiving your original order.
