The first week of getting this shoe, I was extremely excited to wear them. To my surprise, they were incredibly comfortable and stylish. A month after wearing the shoe consistently, the gum portion of the shoe slowly detached from the leather and a persistent squeaking noise became apparent. All my excitements from the first week have gone away and I am extremely disappointed in the build quality of the shoe. I believe there are much better alternatives to getting replicas of the Margiela GATS.
